Designed for both business and leisure travel, Kuang Kampung Retreat at Kuala Lumpur is ideally situated in Sungai Buloh, one of the city’s most popular locales.
Visitors to the Kuang Kampung Retreat can travel back in time and experience a nostalgic adventure of Malaysian traditional living from the yesteryears. With trees, botanical and flower plants, animals and livestock on the homestead, Kuang Kampung Retreat offers families an invaluable experience from an educational and cultural perspective that includes learning about the heritage of the area, while enjoying some outdoor fun.
Designed and built by an architect couple, the 3,350-square foot house is built from timber and stone stilts with natural kempas and balau timber flooring. The home encompasses large spans of adjustable Breezway Louvre Windows and an inviting plunge-pool in the middle of the house.
The extensive use of Altair Louvre Windows in the living and dining areas allows the living space to comfortably connect with nature. Guests of Kuang Kampung Retreat can enjoy the cool breeze and calming views of the surrounding greenery during their stay.
